Filene Competition Winners

Young Musicians Forum is pleased to announce this concert, featuring three students from Skidmore College, all of whom are Filene Music Competition winners.

• Daniel Huh, pianist, ’26 – Math and Economics double major

• Naomi Wagner, soprano, ’26 – Music and Theater double major

• Elise Hinrichs, flute, ’28 – Music and Physics double major

The program will include piano works by Chopin and Ravel’s virtuosic Jeux d’eau (Water Games), one of the first examples of impressionism in piano music; early and contemporary songs and arias; and a popular Romantic showpiece for flute, with its dazzling Hungarian folk melodies.
